Lobster is a modular neck weight for pool freediving training and competitions. The base sits around the neck, and a flexible “tail” of weight segments runs down the back, placing the weight closer to the point where buoyancy forces are balanced. This helps you hold a streamlined, horizontal position against the buoyancy of full lungs.
Segments are easy to add or remove, so you can fine-tune the weight in 100 g steps and adapt it to your wetsuit and pool. Silicone inserts take the load off the collarbones, the shape lets you bring your hands together above your head, and the tail follows the movement of your spine without restricting it.
