Shipping is available worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country.

Handmade lead time

Lobsterweight products are hand-made. On average it takes about 14 days to manufacture one product. Orders are produced in turn and are typically ready for shipment within 21 to 30 days from the date of purchase. Exact timing depends on order volume and the delivery queue.

Processing & shipping time

• Processing: order verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Manufacturer processing usually takes an additional 1–2 days (after the handmade production window above).
• Shipping: after leaving the warehouse, delivery usually takes 7–14 days, but can take longer from time to time.

Carriers & tracking

Delivery is carried out by third-party services (for example EMS, TNT, UPS, Skynet Worldwide Express and similar). A tracking number is emailed when the order is sent.

Shipping rates

The shipping rate depends on product weight and destination. At checkout you will see the shipping cost before you place the order.

Returns (summary)

Our return/exchange policy lasts 30 days from purchase (see FAQ and Terms of Use for full conditions). Some items such as rubber plugs and carrying bags are non-returnable. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
