Lobster is proud to announce that we won the Red Dot Design Award for Production Design in the category Innovative Products.
Lobster Neck Weight is the first product in the freediving world to receive the Red Dot seal, the award being an Oscar in the field of Industrial Design.
We would like to introduce you to what Red Dot actually is.
Red Dot stands for belonging to the best in design and business. Their international design competition, the “Red Dot Design Award”, is aimed at all those who would like to distinguish their business activities through design.
The distinction “Red Dot” has become established internationally as one of the most sought-after seals of quality for good design. Each year best products are being appraised. More than 6,500 products entered the competition in 49 categories to present their innovations and we are one of the winners.
The jury even gave feedback about Lobster:
