1.WARRANTY

Q:Do you have warranty?

A: YES

Q:How long does the warranty last?

A: LobsterWeight products are covered by warranty for 1 years after product delivery.

Q:How can I use the warranty?

A: We made it as easy as possible for you, all you have to do is write us an email to our official support address [email protected]
The latter should contain the problem that acquired, your name, and the date LobsterWeight product was bought, and that's it. After that, we will work on resolving your problem, making it as simple and stress-free for you.

Q:In what situations does the warranty cases occur?

A: You can take advantage of the warranty in the following cases:
- Your Lobster Weight product broke;
- The weight of a Lobster Full Set or weights separately are not as advertised on the website;

1.2 POST-WARRANTY

Q.What if my Lobster wears out or breaks after the warranty expires?
A. All Lobster Weight products have a warranty for one year from the day of delivery.|
We would never let our customers without a solution even past the warranty termination.
If you want to renew your Lobster Weight, you can make the one post-warranty order for a new product even two or three years past the original purchase, with a personalized promo code of a 25% discount!
In order to get the discount, all you have to do is:

1. Send us pictures and/or videos of your Lobster, so we can analyze the state of the product and come back to you with a response. This is obligatory: we should know exactly how the product was damaged so we can make needed improvements in the production.

2. Share with us the order number* of the previous purchase or the email/name the order was made on.
*If you bought your Lobster Weight products from one of our dealers - indicate where and when the purchase was made.

3. We will take a close look at all the information provided, and get back to you with a personalized promo code for a 25% discount on your new order.

IMPORTANT: The new order should NOT be larger than the original one! This is the program for renewing your gear and a post-warranty purchase can be made only once in two years.(For example, if your previous order was of a one Lobster Weight Medium Full Set and you want to make a new order of 2 Lobster Full Sets or take some additional weight segments you won't be able to get the 25% discount. The order should be for the same amount of items as the original one. However, if you want a different size for your Full Set, we can do that for you)

2.GENERAL

Q:How can I make my LobsterWeight last longer?
A: Any silicone grease is suitable, but it is the most convenient to use it in the form of a spray (which goes for rubber bands, interiors, locks) - it will extend the life of the product - therefore we recommend doing this. This is not obligatory, and your Lobster will hold for 1 warranty year without it for sure, but we will be happy if your Lobster Weight during the frequent training will look nice and will be protected. So, it's like with shoes - if the shoes are kept from humidity and periodically lubricated with cream, they will look better and last longer.

Q:Is the weight of LobsterWeight products accurate?

A: All Lobsterweight systems are handcrafted, so the final (net) weight of products may have slight differences from the one stated in the description of Lobster products. So, a 5% difference between the actual (net) weight and the weight declared in the description of each product is acceptable.

3. DELIVERY

Q:How long does it take to produce a Lobster? How long does the shipping take?
A: Delivery terms of the purchased goods are individual and depend on the volume of the and the delivery queue. Since Lobsterweight products are hand-made and on average it takes about 14 days to manufacture one product, the purchased products are produced in turn and ready for shipment within 21 to 30 days from the date of purchase. Delivery is carried out by third-party services such as EMS, TNT, UPS and similar. The delivery times are directly regulated by these services and range from 7 days or more, and Lobster Weight Company has no influence on them. Any complaints related to the delivery terms can only be considered after 37 working days from the date of payment receive for the order.

Q: Are the taxes included  in the final price?
A: The Republic of Moldova is not a part of the European Union, so for a majority of destinations around the world, there is an additional tax to be paid if the order exceeds a concrete amount of money (usually it's everything above 200 euros but it varies from country to country).
The percentage of VAT also varies from country to country. Before making a purchase of the LobsterWeight we recommend our customers to research individually the lows of their country regarding import taxes.
On the checkout page before placing the order, we indicate that the taxes are not included in the final price, and additional payments may occur.

4. REFUND/RETURN/CHANGE

A: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping on Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to Calea Orheiului 28/1, Chisinau, MD-2069, Republic of Moldova.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
